Magica
I finally got my Vampire Knight manga back from my friend~ .. After 1 year. =0
Now I can clean up my shelves and take new pictures when I have time.

But anyways.
Does anyone have any good romance manga to reccomend..?

Pure romance preferably, not like Vampire Knight or Fruits Basket where it's not the major plot. (Even though I <3 both of those series it's not what I'm looking for right now)
I just finished Tramps Like Us and I liked that one a lot but I'm looking for something new.
I also don't really like high school settings or things aimed for younger crowds.
For me the more mature romances between adults or young adults are the best.
Tramps Like Us even had a few sex scenes every now and then even though not much was shown.

Since you all have big collections I thought this would be a good place to ask.

sensual phrase and kare kano are two i can think of.

@Magica: I'd suggest Wish, 100% Perfect Girl, or Bride of the Water God. Those are about the only ones I can think of right now that aren't set in a high school...

Sorry, I don't read much josei... neutral

Ah, Sensual Phase! I just looked it up and remembered wanting to read it a while ago.
I must have forgotten the title since then..

And I looked at 100% Perfect Girl, too, and it also seems to be what I'm looking for. ^_^
(I also have Wish to read. I bought the omnibus version at Otakon.)

Thank you both~ I'm going to take a look at these and see if I want to buy the series.

It's also amusing that the recommended series section for these two had Tramps Like Us listed since that's been my favorite romance. xD
They also listed Mars and Model, two more that I've enjoyed in the past and nearly forgotten about.

o_o; I'm making myself sound like a romance nut when in reality I only own maybe 4 series or so compared to my 300 books. >_>;
I just like to have at least one good romance at a time to read alongside my other favorite manga.

@Magica: Try NANA. <3

The Sex God had landed at my door
I was wearing my Teletubby pajama's.
He said, "Hi".
I said, "Hhhnnnnnggggghh".

@Magica: Try NANA. <3

NANA looks good, too~! I just looked it up. And I've heard plenty of good things about it.

I knew this would be an awesome place to ask for recommended series.

Oh my. Went to NYC.
ASUKA September (They had this on hold for me even though I didn't ask)
Amatsuki 4-5 Special Edition (didn't think I'd ever get these)
Otoshimono
Ai-Ore! 1 (oops new series, and a sequel to one I haven't read...)
Code:Breaker 5-6
Bleach 16, 28
Lord 16
Also bought Figma 35 (Haruhi Summer Uniform Ver.). It was oddly cheap (but mint), $12.50. I'm rather glad I bought Shana at AnimeNext instead of this Haruhi xP

Edit: Magica: Ai-Ore and it's prequel (Ai wo Utau Yori Ore ni Oborero! ) might interest you. Gender-bender romance, the girl pretends to be a boy and looks more boyish than her love interest. I haven't read it yet, but it's got decent art and pretty good reviews.

There's a manga for Saiunkoku? surprised I hope it gets licensed~

ZepysGirl: The Saiunkoku Monogatari manga has been running for a few years now, but in a different magazine. The chapter in Asuka seems to be a standalone intro story, as it ends with a "the end" (rather than "will continue in X month's issue") and there will be no chapter of the series in the next issue. I'm really not sure what's going on with it D:
It might not get licensed for a while because chapters come out very infrequently (only 20-ish in 4+ years, I believe the usual magazine is something like quarterly).

Aw darn. sad I watched 20 some-odd episodes of the anime, but I don't like watching shows by myself so I dropped it. The art in the manga looks pretty. ;_;

Oh A/M/C, you delight me so:

The god of death? Well, that sounds much better than a hero who commits mass murder. - Duo Maxwell
