Wow, this chapter was really good. I really love this fast pace that Kubo is going at. Instead of waiting for five chapters for the villain to bring out his final release, Opie does it from the start of the fight.

I wasn't really surprised that they knew about Uryu, but he's seriously that strong? I think there is a huge significance in Orihime's statement several chapters before when she mentioned how she liked that Ichigo and Uryu have gotten closer. It's possible that they both might fight on opposite sides at one point during the war despite the bond they've developed. Maybe Uryu was suppose to hate Ichigo from the start but instead became friends with him.

Spirits Are Forever With You are Bleach novels coming out, right? I read somewhere they might covers stuff in the 17 month timeskip. Sounds interesting.
As for what Creepy Nazi Captain said about Uryu being stronger than himself, I am no longer joking about that Christ-figure thing. I really think Uryu is going to be some kind of Chosen One the Vandenreich have been waiting for, and Ichigo's only chance at stopping them will be to kill him. 'Best friends fighting to the death for the fate of the world' is kind of generic but always an awesome direction for a story to take.

Aren't we all just little Christ figures trying to find our way in this crazy world? Besides, the internet agrees. However, Kubo probably hasn't gone to these lengths to hide too much deep, meaningful s**t in the story.

By the way, according to the first page, it said that Ichigo Kurosaki, one of the 5 war potentials entered Heuco Mundo. I wonder who the other four are?
