cherry- the gens are the order or phases the items came in. for regular evolving items, the come out with a few poses. then next time the item evolves, it has more poses, but the previouse poses will be locked for that item, until the item is finished evolving, then all poses are unlocked. a generation refures to the order the poses came in, while it was evolving. so if you have an item thats currently evolving, but you got it after the first time it evolved, the one you have would be called the 2nd generation, and it would have the first geration poses. its is confusing! i probably just confused you more and didnt help any. sorry ^^;;;

So when it's done evolving, you get all of it no matter which gen you buy, correct? I've always been confused about this stuff too. :/

*nods* as blinky said- correct. so when its done evolving, it doesnt matter what generation you buy. the generations kind of become null and void. but it still retains its generation title. and as for the price, idk whats up with those. lol

Raine because people are obsessed with having the first gen for some reason. The later gens do evolve later than the first gen but they do all end up with the same items.

& yeah, I thought they pretty much ended up the same. Personally I don't care what gen something is, as long as it's the cheapest!
