Actually it is.
I made it on the 18th after someone posted The Rani, in case there was no submissions for Mickey. I then saved a copy to a folder on my comp (time stamped and everything) its the exact same (right down to the Moria Zipper Pants and the "Mickey the idiot" stupid expression on it's face).
I even questioned if I should use fur lined hoodie coat or if I should go with one of his other looks.

I know what I made yesterday!

Did you ever see the Doctor Who movie that was made in the 90's? It takes place in 1999 in San Francisco. The city was over run with gangs --& rofl <-- I think The Doctor wasn't British xp ( The Doctor, not The Actor). ... and since there was Graffitti every where.. the T.A.R.D.I.S. wasn't safe stare
