This topic should be added because most of the scams involve this category...

I have a questions about randomizer.org. I have no clue how to use it and I read the trutorial sweatdrop Cuz I whant to do this lotto of 1000 spots right.... So lets say I have 1000 spots, well how would I be able to chose the winner on randomizer? Your help would be REALY appreciated ^_^

O something to add to your list if you have not done so already....

PEOPLE BUYING TICKETS IN THEIR OWN LOTTO.... this is becoming way too common and this is a scam if there is no such thing as a scam...

For all the person has to do is radomize until they land on their number. PEOPLE BE CAREFUL OF THIS ONE... ive seen credible lottos get turned down for scam lotto's because the other lotto looks like its doing better even though the creator just purchased tickets in his own....
