1. Follow the Gaia T.O.S.
2. DO NOT delete your posts. Deleting a post will result in automatic 24 hour probation minimum regardless of the content. Rather than deleting a post, Edit, or quote your post instead, if you do it twice, you'll be auto blacklisted.
3.You MUST have a minimum of 400 total forum posts and be 1 month old to play here and these posts must be viewable from your profile. If your posts are not viewable, you will not bet. YOUR JOIN DATE MUST BE VIEWABLE
4. You must confirm all bets before starting them, including DoN's *Double or Nothing* confirms and rolls must be in separate posts
5. Do Not Spam the thread, and please try to keep quote trees to 6 or less.
6. The loser of a bet will have 10 minutes to send the winnings. Failure to comply quickly will may result in possible probation.
7. No begging
8. If you have any questions or concerns, please pm an owner, admin or mod on the situation at hand.
9. You may only participate in one bet at a time.
10. Do not generate a number unless you are in a bet, doing so can result in probation.
11. Scamming will get you reported and blacklisted. WE DO NOT TOLERATE SCAMMING.
12. Only bet what you are willing to part with. Do not bet what you do not wish to lose. If you lose, Pay what you owe.
13. If you tie, you must play again WITH THE SAME terms, unless both betters agree to cancel the bet.
14. You must have the time to finish a bet and complete the trade, if you don't have the time, please do not start a bet.
15. You may not use other threads to roll random numbers before entering a bet here at Las Vegas Casino Royale. If we find you are doing so, you will be placed on Probation and possibly blacklisted.
16. All the winnings must be sent through a trade, Do not send winnings as a gift!
17.If a Owner, Admin or Mod feels a person is at risk at being scammed in a bet, Said Admin or Mod can make them use a MM to prevent scamming.
18. No betting with mules unless authorized to do so by a Owner, admin or mod *to gain permission to bet with a mule, send a pm to the thread mule stating the name of your main and the names of ALL of your mules, you must then confirm this information with your main and your mules*
19. post a cheese_whine so we know you read the rules
20. Rolls must be alternated unless specified in the terms.
21. Please do not start Drama or bring personal issues into the casino, you will be put on probation if needed. *If drama occurs in the casino for more than one page, those involved will be placed on Probation*
22.- Do not insult anyone. Staff member or not. We will not tolerate people disrespecting other members of the casino.
23.- Do not accuse someone of scamming or hacking outside the casino, you will be placed on probation. If someone you see has scammed somewhere else or hacked someone else, please PM a Staff member with a link or page number, DO NOT post it in the thread.
24. Do not use 'roll to confirm' unless it is directed at one specific person.
25. If you feel ignored, deal with it.

Step 1: Propose a bet.
Step 2: Wait for someone to confirm your bet, or confirm theirs.
Step 3: Create Terms, this can be done while proposing the bet.
Step 4: Make sure both betters agree on terms.
Step 5: Confirm your opponent and begin the bet.
Step 6: The First person will roll, to do so, go to "Post Action" and select Random Number.
Step 7: The next person will roll. If doing more than one roll, alternate rolls.
Step 8: The loser will send the winnings to the winner.
Step 9: Repeat as desired.

FAQ's ~ What is DoN and how does it work?
- DoN means "Double Or Nothing." In the event of a DoN, the bet is re-done for the same amount. If one player wins the Original bet and the DoN, they win double, if a player wins the Original bet and loses the DoN, neither player gains nor loses, and both end up with nothing won, and nothing lost. If you lose a DoN and the original bet, you are to pay double the amount of the Original bet.

~ What is a MM/Middleman?
- A Middleman is someone who holds what is being bet and is used primarily for Large bets. Explained more in depth farther down this page.

~ What is a GB?
- A GB or "Giftback" is a small percentage of the winnings of a bet given back to the loser. It helps to 'soften the blow' of a loss. The usual amount is 10%, however Giftbacks are not mandatory, though it is respectful to give them.

~ What happens if someone doesn't pay?
- If 10 minutes has passed and your opponent has not yet paid, let others around you know, and send a PM to the casino mule, this will prevent the person from betting until the debt is paid. ONLY alert others if the 10 minute time period has passed.

An MM *or Middleman* is a third party who participates in a bet. When using an MM, the two gamblers send what it being bet, *items or gold* to the selected MM, and await confirmation of the trades. The selected Middleman will then allow the betters to roll once confirmation has occurred. The winner of the bet will receive a trade from the MM, consisting of what was being bet. If you have any further questions, please contact a staff member or ask a regular of the thread.

This is to assure your safety, people who are listed here must have a MM to bet otherwise they're not allowed to do so, keep checking on this list to prevent probable scammers.
