I remember when I first joined, I saw this one thread that said "bump 300 times and get 300k" and I sat there like the newbie I was and posted like crazy.... nurp... never won. crying I know better now. Can normally pick out the scams from the non-scams. But there's always those few....

Yeah I don't do many of these contests anymore. Only recently jumped back in this forum actually.
As for bumping/posting contests in general, I haven't done any new ones in ages, except I few I've know always pay out. (Also done a few in the B/C forum, but you win pets (art) rather than gold xP). I know one thats really good, and still active (running for I think over 5+ years now!). Just let me know if you want a link.
