Hey Gaians,
We know there are a lot of you that love participating in the user run Casinos and enjoy the thrill of the dice rolls. We also know that there are the rare times when someone decides to be nefarious and not play by the rules. This is obviously a negative experience for both you and the Casino owners so we wanted to put something in place to support both parties. Starting from today and moving forward we are allowing Casino owners to report any incident of scamming within their Casinos should you chose to not want to be involved. This will allow the Casino owner to file a Scam report and have you case reviewed. If you want a case filed on your behalf, then all you need to do is contact the Casino owner!
If you're a Casino owner who wishes to file a Scam report on behalf of the user, there is just some information we will need from you to accurately process the report. First we will need you to report the PM that you receive from the user filing the complaint so that we can verify all the information (don't worry, reports do not count against you). You will also need to include this template and add it in the additional notes field of your scam report, without this information we will be unable to process the report. Please note that these reports may ONLY be filed with the Casino owner's account.
As a final note, this policy is only for bets that are made in public. Casino owners are not liable for any bets made in private and decided within a Casino thread. If something is to go awry, you must report it as you normally would.
We hope that this provides an extra layer of security for everyone involved with Casinos! Remember to always have fun!
