Welcome everyone to the 100,000,000 Lottery Thread~!

I am hosting my very first lottery thread and I am very determined to make it successful!

I left Gaia for awhile after completing my Avi Quest (yes for this exact Avi!) and came back and realized that I am very bored. Anyone who spends a lot of time on Gaia knows that it’s very hard to leave for too long, so here I am again, and I am so ready for more!

And I was thinking to myself, well what can I do on Gaia? I already have my Dream Avi. Then it hit me, (No really this was my friend’s idea and she hit me when she thought of it. F’ing b*****d) I should host a lottery thread to help people get their Dream Avi’s! Or, at least get them started! So here we are~

My goal here is to help you guys. I’m not really planning on making that much of a profit. To be completely honest, I’m doing this because I am bored. No lie~ BUUUUUUUT, I’m also not going to lie again, I WILL be making a profit (I’m working on another Avi! Hazzah!). I think I deserve it for helping you guys out. If you don’t agree then… Boo. Lawlz~

Anyway~ I hope you all participate! Buy a ticket or two (it can’t hurt, because they are cheap!), enter the bumping or page contests, talk and make new friends, whatever! This isn’t just a lottery thread~ I want it to act as a sort of hangout too! So chat it up Yo!

And don’t be upset if you don’t win either~ At least you can say you had a good time and made some new friends! And besides~ If this Lottery is successful then I plan on hosting another one in the very near future! Plus Plus~ I’m planning on having lots of opportunities to win!

Alright~ Since my goal is to help as many Gaian’s as I can, the lottery is going to be split more than a usual lottery would be. There will be 5 MAIN lottery winners (Plus winners from Contests) with 5,000,000 Tickets sold for 20 gold pieces each. I know it says 100,000,000 Lotto, but that’s just the total amount of money that will be made off the tickets. Most of it will go back into the Main Lotto though.

Once all the Tickets are sold, I will generate a number using the Random Number option and the person who bought the selected number’s Ticket will be our winner! And I will repeat that for the other four places.


Also~ Lottos take TIME! The tickets aren't going to be sold overnight! It's going to take awhile for me to sell all the tickets. If you want things to go faster, then I suggest telling all your friends and advertising the Thread to get more ticket buyers.

READ!!!: Let it be known that NO ONE will receive their prizes for contests until ALL the Tickets are sold! This is because I don’t have the gold to pay for everyone’s prize money yet. I will be keeping track of winners, so don’t worry!

And also~!!! If the thread dies before the Lotto is completed there will be NO REFUNDS for purchased tickets. So it is up to you to advertise and bump if the thread starts to die. It isn't just up to me to advertise. It rests on your shoulders too! I will be on everday that I can advertising in the Chatterbox. I find that's the most populated area. So, if I were you I'd advertise there with the thread banner that I have created to get more people to buy tickets so that the Lotto can be completed and you can hopefully win gold! I'm hoping that by having the NO REFUND rule, that people will help with advertising. If more people help advertise,t hen the more people will see, and the faster the Lotto will go! So get to advertising!!
And of course, if something happens to me were I HAVE to close the Lotto for GOOD, then I WILL give refunds. It would be my fault the Lotto is closing, so it's only fair. But other then that, I will not close the Lotto and it will be forever running until the day the very last ticket is sold!

Obviously, this is a HUGE Lotto. And that means we need a HUGE amount of people to participate in it. So, for this contest, your goal is to refer as many people to the Lotto as you can.

The person who refered the most people at the end of the Lotto gets 500,000 gold! There will also be 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th place winners!

BUT~ The people you refer have to be active (Participating in a contest or they purchased a ticket) or it won't count. (If they start a contest and don't finish it, then I will define them as active if they have at least 25 posts)

This one is a little tricky to plan out from the beginning, because I’m not sure how many pages there will be until all the tickets are sold. But, I do know that the more pages there are, the higher the reward will be for the first person to post on the page. So this section will be updated A LOT depending on how popular we get.

And, you must have at least 25 bumps or posts before the winning page or it doesn't count. This is to make sure someone doesn't randomly come in here and claim all the work others did.

Dice Contest:

This one is easy.
Roll a 20x20 dice with the "Post Action" option and the person with the highest and the person with the lowest number each get 1 million gold! Hoot~

Alright, to make things fair, you can't be a part of the main bumping contest if you are participating in the Dice contest. I want more people to win. BUT~ If you are part of the dice contest you can still become the TOP BUMPER and win that prize gold too. So, still number your bumps, but let it be known that if you reach 2,000 bumps first, it won't count if you are part of the dice contest. Fair enough~?

Make sure to keep track of your highest and lowest number, and mail me if you beat the highest or lowest place keeper (MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE THE PAGE NUMBER IT WAS ROLLED ON). I will update the "Place Keepers" a few times a day, so don't be alarmed if your name doesn't get put up here right away.

Also~! On the off chance that there is a tie for the highest or lowest place, then the prize gold will be split EQUALLY between the rollers. And if you are lucky enough to roll both the Highest and the Lowest numbers, then you win BOTH prizes. Hoot~

See, like I said from the very beginning, I will only be making a profit of 1,000,000 gold. And I know that there will be quite a lot of gold left over from the other contests. So, because of that, this Contest is designed to make sure all the extra gold goes back to you guys!

Basically to be eligible for the extra gold, you have to outshine the other Gaians.
This is like a “Personality Contest”.

To be a part of this you should:

♥ Be extra nice! (Not just to me! Especially to other players!)
♥ Do something FANTASTIC! (This could mean helping out with the Lotto by advertising, Making art for the Lotto(or for me!), saying something EXTRA sweet, or saying something awesome that just sets you apart from any of the other people here.)

And the best thing about this Contest is that EVERYONE could win (Or even, no one at all. Let's hope that doesn't happen!) if they have those “honorable” qualities. But you really have to work at it. You can’t just become an “Honorable” person overnight.
