Hurley (fat guy) was in a mental hospital and has some issues. They found food from the Others and the Dharma invitiative, so it would make sense. In real life he is fat, and doesn't feel the need to permanently lose the weight.
Locke (blad guy) is dead and a smoke monster has taken over his body. Since he doesn't really exist, he doesn't age, change, or grow hair.
They made it this fare because they learned to cope with the living conditions on the island. Six members are chosen to be the replacements for Jacob (god) and cannot die until the decision is made.

Locke and Eko killed the polar bear in its cave, so it is dead.
The plane split into three parts while in the air, and whatever is left ha sprobably eroded over the past 3 years. They just found a NEW plane.
Facebook wasn't popular around this time, and especially not with adults. 2004-2007. If they are on the island and had a computer, they wouldn't even know that facebook was now popular. The one computer they had found broke 4 seasons ago, so try watching the show for once.
Lost is a very confusing show, so I suggest you watch it before you complain about it. xp
