Boone and Locke.

Although Boone died in season one and his relationship with Shannon was pretty weird , he was pretty cool when he was helping Locke unlock some mysteries of the island.
Locke was just badass altogether. He was blessed with the ability to walk again and did what he wanted to do, even when people told him he couldn't.
