((My boyfriend is Serbian. I don't actually know anything about Serbia. I just like foriegn names. The backround story is basicly they moved to Italy and then went to Jeruselum to fight in the Crusades... well, Zhira is a blacksmith and Nebojsa is a knight.))
She knows absolutly nothing about Serbia. She wants to learn the language though so that she can speak to her boyfriend in it. He taught her how to say 'I love you' but that's it.
Also, the portal doesn't just make it so that I can travel between worlds, I go back in time with it as well.

Kiyoko loves learning new languages. She picks up on them very easily too. She was able to speak full Japanese sentences within a few hours of lessons.
