If you're talking about here on Gaia, I have no idea.
But I would reccoment LOTRO if you have a good enough computer to download it.
After I got it downloaded, it wasn't an issue, but it took me about 4 days to download it.

If your looking for a tabletop or message board type thing, just use the D&D rulebooks and set your game in Middle Earth.

I tried the LOTRO, I just didn't get the hang of it. I prefer rps, not rpgs. I am talking about an rp here on gaia, weather in a guild or just a topic-post-thing. ._.
