both fairy kei and decora , people who are deco usually wear lots of colorful layers while fairy kei tend not to over do the layers as much as deco does and fairy kei tend to be more on the 1980s side of things while deco doesnt ... also deco tends to use more accesories then fairy kei, and fairy kei uses more pastel type colors... it seems like you mixed the two styles.
probably why i'm not sure which one you are.
thats my opinion based on what i know about fairy kei and deco ( i dont know that much though just semi basic stuff)
but i've also heard of deco loli and fairy loli which is the same but lolita-fied
but i dont know how new or old that is.. i've just read about it recently.
