Usagiyouhinten?

Ahoy there.

I actually downloaded this many, many months ago, an app which I actually only just noticed is written in english as "Usagiyouhinten".
I'm still fairly new to shopping for brand that isn't second hand or found on Lace Market, so I suppose it is fairly noobish of me to ask - "What is this?"

Is Usagiyouhinten one of the shopping services that can be used to purchase brand Lolita garments? I feel like I've been holding onto a tool that I just haven't been using.

Any information would be splendid!

They seem to be an shopping service, seeing as there are egl posts from 2011 about them, but I cant find a lot besides that. They do have a tumblr, and a website, and I would compare it to closet child, so a japanse store that is selling brand second hand.

Im not sure how useful the app is though. The reviews I see are good.

Usagiyouhinten is a Japanese 2nd hand lolita fashion clothing site similar to Closet Child. I've ordered a few times from there and they are pretty great. Though I wasn't aware they had an app.
