Wait, I don't understand. What? I don't see Lolita as a gendered term at all. Why would someone get offended at being called Lolita as opposed to Brolita? That would be to say that every time we're saying "Lolita fashion" we're just leaving them out, wouldn't it? I don't get that.
I don't get it, either orz I guess some people assume that, since lolitas are often female, saying "lolitas" is meant to be gendered? But that's like getting offended if you're a woman and, while in mixed company, someone refers to the group as "dudes" or "guys."
I find it even weirder than that. o_o
