I think living in Tenpenny Tower would be both nice, and horrible. A permanent home in a relatively safe place (minus the ghouls,) but then, everyone living there is a catty b***h.

I know, but I don't because sometimes I get bored to just kill everyone on the main floor, and stack the corpses in a bathroom stall, and then open said door. It gets super wriggly!
It could be intentional and what we call 'normal' is just what we've forced to be normal, whereas people doing bad things is simply natural, contrary to society and us saying 'it means they have mental issues'.
Or it could just be that the person is wrongly wired, or something mucked up the wiring.

Bad behavior is usually beneficial to the perpetrator in some way, be it mental stimuli, material gain, revenge exacting, or just a means to send a message.
