I would say no, because I realized I'm actually a lesbian and I'm not even remotely attracted to him anymore.

But then I guess I'd give him my cute friend's number?

            I would say no.
In my head, I'd be saying, "oh God. Ew, no, no, no, noooo."
But I'd spare him my bitchiness.
This happened to me once. I said sure just to see what he'd do cause he had a girlfriend he was living with at the time.
A week later he said he changed his mind. So I messaged his girlfriend and told her all everything. HAAA
I'm dealing with it now, idk though. :l

I'd laugh in his face & tell him to ******** off.
He just wants someone to feel sorry for him.
Plus, I don't believe in 2nd chances with BFs/GFs
there is a reason they're called your EX

It would depend on which Ex. The abusive loser I'd tell him where to go, how to get there, and what demon he should shake hands with first. The nice married guy I'd tell him to go get marriage counseling. The nice single guy who I like as a friend but no more, I'd tell him I just want to be friends and if he can't do that then to leave me all together.
I would tell him that I'm not interested in him anymore and I am engaged with another. Besides, my ex-bf was a pansy and not my type after all.

Considering he has 2 chicks pregnant, I'd have to pass.

It really depends on a lot of different factors. Most of my exes I would never consider dating again, even in a casual, friendly way. When a relationship's over, it's over and there's little or nothing to be gained with going back to it.

There's only one person I would consider dating again and that has a lot to do with our original relationship being relatively "light" and unimportant. Although we "gelled" really well together, the timing was pretty bad and we were basically kids. I've always kind of wondered if things would have been better for us if we'd had more time to put effort into our relationship.
Depends on the ex.
Take him back?, eventually, after stuff changed though.
