I'm thinking jewerly of some sort, everyone loves that. =)
Or a little box of chocolate or something.
Stuffed animal are good too.

But what would be REALLY sweet is if you make her something, or give her something really special of yours.

Well maybe a stuffed animal with i heart shaped thing and it has a love sentence in it..flowers candy or a poem would be nice
