I don't exercise cause I'm lazy, so I don't eat more calories than I'll burn off and it works, since I don't ever gain weight~

1. The extra roll I see on my mid section in the morning.

2. Attractive clothing.

3. Extra food I can eat if I do exercise.
I don't want to be unhealthy and I don't want to be fat.
A strong desire to be better in every way. heart
I try to motivate myself but I usually do it and then stop and don't carry through with it. -_-

My motivation is my family, my future, and being the best athlete I can be on that field. That's what makes me go in the gym 6 days a week, for 4 hours.
I was obese when I was 12 years old, now I have people telling me now I'm way too muscular for 16 years old.

i don't want to keep shopping for bigger clothes.
About 10 minutes of my commute to and from work is walking.

Beyond that, nothing motivates me to exercise.
I try to think of active things I like to do regardless of the exercise benefit. I like going out walking frequently to think, to get fresh air, to listen to music and look at nature. If my friends are going to the gym, I might go so we can talk and spend time together. I will never exercise for its own sake because I've never been able to motivate myself to do so. Movement shouldn't be a chore.
Pretty clothes~
Mostly I watch shows and movies while on my exercise bike, and I tell myself I'm not allowed to watch another episode or more of the movie unless I am exercising. Works beautifully.
