The thought of being obese makes me not want to eat, which is the equivalent of exercise.

I try to think of active things I like to do regardless of the exercise benefit. I like going out walking frequently to think, to get fresh air, to listen to music and look at nature. If my friends are going to the gym, I might go so we can talk and spend time together. I will never exercise for its own sake because I've never been able to motivate myself to do so. Movement shouldn't be a chore.
