I'm curious as to where people work/what they do for a living.

I currently work in a blood bank as a technician. I separate the components of blood (plasma and red cells) and irradiate the blood, among a bunch of other things. I enjoy my job. But it isn't what I want to do the rest of my life.

I want to work in a hospital laboratory as a laboratory scientist...

Waitress at a local restaurant. It's honestly not too bad. I enjoy it most of the time and have a lot of regulars who are a pleasure to serve, and the money is surprisingly good. It's not what I want to do with the rest of my life of course. Even in my mid-twenties, I'm still trying to figure that out.

The fiancé, however, is a medical laboratory scientist, and he loves his job.
It's so fascinating, but I could never do what he does.
Too math and science-involved for me.
My dream job is a Cosmetologist or tattoo artist.
Simple, yes, but with the fiancé's income, we don't worry about money issues.

Im currently a full time mom at the moment and what I want to do is to besome a gynecologist or a youth counselor, I was a acupuncturist assistant and am a certified medical assistant .

If I had a job yes, probably.

I currently work at the Customer Service desk at Walmart, though on Saturday I switch to the men's wear department because I'm tired of my stressful position, which I hate.

I make about $10.90 an hour right now, but as of May 5th I'll be making $11.20 an hour. It's not a long due to the cost of living here, but it's enough to get me by for now.






I'm not sure what my dream job is. I would LOVE to be a historian - which is why I'm going back to school for history - but I'm not sure I'll ever be able to afford all the travel involved in that.

I'm a caseworker for a homeless shelter. I'm actually at work, so you can tell how busy it is. I like it, for now. In a nut shell, I help people obtain affordable housing. Once I have my master's, I'd like to get licensed as a psych social worker.

Smithsonian National Museum of The American Indian NYC as a paid contractor/volunteer. I work the front desk of the library and help researchers. Once in a while I currate something for them.
