everyone copes with things differently, I personally don't cry I dance. It allows me to let my emotions out and express myself.

No point in crying, just do something you enjoy. I am rarely affected by anything and I am very rarely sad, so I can't really give you any more advice. Take a long walk with music, works really good when I am pissed off at least :]
