weird dreams

i've been having weird dreams of people (mostly women) who know me but i don't know them, then sometimes i have dreams where i'm killing people and enjoying it. can anyone tell me is it strees induced or does have some meaning to it.

but what if i didn't eat anything and still had weird dreams (because it happen last night)
