I believe mother's day is the 10th. Aden and I are probably going for Chinese with my mom and the family (it's sort of become tradition to have Chinese). No clue what Richard's going to do... nothing, I assume.

I haven't been on gaia for about a year, I just had a baby girl named Sanina on march 23 and im a SAHM so I thought I would start on gaia again.  |

@ Mea- Congrats! She's so cute. I'm a SAHM too (though I'm not very good at it...ha ha). I hope you're enjoying it so far!
I'm uploading pictures of Aden onto my facebook right now... so I'll probably post some new one of him in my journal on here tomorrow. |

thanks! I don't think its possible to be a bad SAHM unless you are totally neglecting your kids.
Its okay so far, she is a crybaby though . unless she is eating or sleeping and she doesn't sleep often during the day. |

Well, I'm not a mommy yet, but I have a niece that I treat like she is my own. smile I babysit her at least twice a week for two full days because her mommy and daddy have very busy work schedules. Her name is Ainsley Matteson (last name), and she is almost 10 months old. (Her middle name is Matteson instead of Madison because her daddy's name is Matt.) I don't have any recent pictures because they are all on my sister's computer, but I do have pictures of her when she was much younger. Lol.

 Well, I guess I should introduce myself as well: My name is Megan. You can call me that, or Zura. I don't really care which. I'm currently pregnant with my first child. Estimated due date is July 31st. We're expecting a girl, but they've been wrong before lol I'm finding this journey to be very difficult... it has a lot of up's and down's. I can't wait until it's over and I can finally see who's been kicking me in there hehe.  |

@ Mea- I just haven't really got the hang of the whole cleaning and cooking all the time thing. Ha ha! I'm getting good at cooking, but I HATE cleaning. I'm working on it, though, since I plan on being a stay-at-home for awhile (though I am looking for a part-time job).
@ Plaintive- Mattison... that's really cool! She's a major cutie. I love having nieces to spoil -- I have two nieces, both a bit older than Aden, and I like to buy them girly girl things! Ha ha |

Mea; So cute! I'm also a SAHM, but that's mainly because my significant other has went reg force and we'll be from place to place for awhile. Plaintive; I love when people mesh names together. One of my mommy friends have a little girl named Rylynn. Her daddy's name is Ryan and her mommy's middle name is Lynn. And what an adorable niece you have there! |

PetitChat - She is super spoiled. She is the first grandbaby on both sides of her family. That little girl has more than enough toys and cutesy girly clothes.

eek Dani has been uber-fussy today too. I took her outside for about an hour which helped a little bit. I hate living in apartments because we don't have a yard, but there is a shady spot between the buildings that's good for laying out a blanket for the babe to play on. She had a pile of toys to keep her busy and also pulled on some grass while I read a magazine. Then when she was laying on her back while I played pat-a-cake she saw her first airplane fly over! It was so cute! 4laugh
He's a question for everyone: What are your children's nicknames and why? I call Dani "Pumpkin" or "Pumpkin-Butt" a lot. Or "Monster" and "Dani-Bear". I don't know how pumpkin got started, but monster was from before she was born and in the ultrasound picture she looked like a monster. xd Plus now she makes monster noises. I think her daddy started calling her Dani-Bear, and it just stuck. I call her "Bear" a lot now too. |
