There's always those topics about what you find attractive in an imaginarily-perfect significant other.
Well, I was thinking more along the lines of,
What do you find attractive about YOUR crush/boyfriend/girlfriend/spouse?

What first attracted you to them? What about after you got to know them better, what made you like them then? What are the sexiest traits they have (personality-wise or physically)? Your favorite thing about them? etc etc.

And if you don't have romantic feelings for anyone right now, well, what traits would probably cause you to like someone? (i.e. describe what you consider attractive in the opposite/same/both sexes.)
