I'm pretty sure the p***s gets bigger during orgasm. Either way, it's normal. If it's snapped now, it won't be how it was before, so it shouldn't happen again.

As for two non-hormonal methods, there's condoms and the diaphragm, or an IUD. IUDs are pretty difficult to get fitted, though, because for women without children there's a chance that your body will just push it out.

Meh, some people are like that. My boyfriend is more interested in my pleasure than in his, so touching me turns him on faster than anything else. Your girlfriend may not have a very high sex drive, either. That's the sort of thing that is difficult to tell with a long-distance relationship, I mean they can be typing "ohh yeah baby I'm touching myself" and really making a sandwich.
