As Zilla said, there's the bath or shower, though I personally don't like masturbation (or sex, for that matter) in water - it washes away your natural lubrication. If you are happy with limited vaginal stimulation, use tampons or menstrual cups: it takes away pretty much all of the messiness. If you'd prefer not to use them, try masturbating with underwear and a pad on - you'll still get fairly messy, but whatever you're on will stay clean.
