I lost A LOT of weight. I am 16 years old, weigh about 168-172... (around that plateau) and I am 67 inches tall. (5"7" wink
I had man boobs, thighs, teh gut... >.>
It wasn't fun. I was manically depressed during the whole damn thing, but it pushed me to exercise. So I did, and I went from 224 to where I am now. Problem is, it still looks like I have slight man boobs. So I investigated, and I found that if I pinch about an inches worth of my breast, it's all skin! It's like that with my stomach too, and especially on my upper arms. When I bend my arms or flex them, it sometimes jiggles a little and looks flabby >.>.
All I want is to be flat chested. People have said to tone it with weight training, but that will make me look bulky! I do not want to look bulky... >.> =(
Anyone know how to remedy this problem? Any experience? Please help! :A
