It's never happend to me befor but if it did I would probably read a book to calm down.

Wow, that pretty much sucks to the highest degree. Distract yourself with TV and music. Try not to go to sleep quite yet cuz then paranoia and anxiety will get the best of you. Sooner or later, you'll wake up tomorrow morning. :]
