Yeah, the labia in porn is selected because it's easier to see the va-jay-jay with smaller labia. That doesn't mean longer labia is unnatural or abnormal. :/

As for p***s surgery... it's not very common because phalloplasty leaves a lot of scarring, which is costly if you're going to edit it out of a video. Men in porn tend to be naturally endowed.
