also my son was born Nov 8 2009 at 6:22 pm he weighed 7lbs 14.5 oz and was 21.5 in long

Any ideas on how to feel less exausted? I feel like I've been ran over by a semi every morning. I'm so tired of being tired if that makes sense.

I was reading the Trying to Conceive part and I may have missed it but what is a good body weight to be at while trying? I still have 3 to 4 years before I have my first but I'm on the 200lbs end of the scale and a lot has to do with my genetics and bone stucture.

But anyway as a woman who wants to have children. What is a good weight to be at?
