So yesterday I had gym and we did hard core aerobics for like a hour straight and now all of my muscles hurt like a b***h. Does anyone have any ideas to help relieve my pain besides from the obvious of taking a pain pill?
Stretch.

Stretching, in my experience, always helps.
A hot bath would help.
Move around a lot. It may hurt like hell, but it will stop hurting faster.

I actually had the same problem today. Stretching really helped me a lot. Hurt like a b***h, but I felt much better afterwards.

Or a hot bath and then stretching. It might be easier to stretch after being in the water.

Try some vanilla yogurt, too. Not sure why, but it tends to make me feel better.

o.o I use a protein bar before working out. Doesn't protein like heals your muscle faster?

just try doing relaxing things like that, they should help.
