I'm currently with a guy who is ten months younger than me and graduated high school the year after me. It's not a big difference but my friends and family [and even him] like to joke around and call me a cougar sometimes. But in my opinion, as long as both partners are legal, then a few years difference isn't a big thing, regardless of which one is older.

I am in one of those relationships. He's almost a decade younger than I am. And its not like I intentionally sought him out because he's young or found him attractive. I simply found his personality appealing and didn't find out his age until way later. We're currently going six months strong, and happy. c:

Basically, if the two are consenting adults, and genuinely care for each other, it shouldn't be an issue at all, and if people have issues, they can suck it. Simple as that.

It depends on how many years older. I've seen women date men 20+ years younger, and most of them didn't work out well at all. If the younger partner is mature enough, then I've nothing against it.

Age doesnt really matter, unless ur like 60 dating like a 20 year old, but a year and a half, isnt really a big deal. Me and my boyfriend are 8months apart, and im the older one.

I'm 17 but I'm turning 18 in september while my boyfriend just turned 17 in March. I don't think there's nothing wrong with dating someone younger than you as long as you have actual feelings for them.
