My friends obsess over boys. That is all they talk about. Yet when every there's a cute guy around they refuse to go over and talk to him. It makes me sick!

I'm having exactly this kind of problem right now.

My best friend gets obsessed with a certain group of people, who are good friends with a guy she likes at the time.

Lately, she's been ditching me to go hang out with her "new bestfriends" that she met at summer camp. And the only time I've seen her in the past month was when I was at a bonfire at her house, with said new bestfriends, and the guy she liked. I slept over at her house that night and the entire time she was 1) talking on the phone with the guy 2)talking on the phone with his best friend 3)IMing the guy's best friend 4) or talking about the guy she liked.

One of my other friends is obsessed with losing weight and video editing, and she's not very good at either.

OH YES! Everyone who is obbsessed with Twilight crap annoys me becuase its all people talk about, they act like it is the best thing in the world. all my friends are obbsessed with it and I hate it and my friends even one time walked away from me because I hate it.

There was this classmate of mine, during freshman year, who wouldn't shut the hell up about Rurouni Kenshin. "Blah blah blah, Rurouni Kenshin, blah blah blah." In every introduction about herself, she would mention something about that manga/anime and archery (I forgot to mention that) and it was so damn annoying. People got fed up with her talking about that crap everyday they started to make fun of her for it.

Obsessions can get out of hand, that's for sure.
