My D-type is very interested in the shaving thing as well Jason. To me it sounds a bit awkward. I wasn't sure why at first but it's probably because I haven't wrapped my head around it not having to be a personal thing, which is what I'm used to.

I found a page here. (Content NSFW but there are no visuals) It doesn't give a lot of in-depth because:
Types of Relationships in BDSM
Within BDSM, there are many different types of relationships. Each one is important to those who live them. As well, each one is defined by the people involved.
It does seem like a good starting point though. I'm sure others have better resources as well. -jabs thread with a pointy stick- ninja

On the topic of toys; I used to cover my sister's barbie dolls in electrical tape bodysuits.
Tell me that's not weird or kinky <_<

That's awesome~
I never had a Ken doll growing up, so my Barbie dolls were always lesbians. I'd always make them play with each other's boobs... confused

And when I did steal my brother's G.I. Joe, I pretended he was like on "The Bachelor" or something and made all my Barbies fight over him. The winner always had to be naked.

I was a strange kid...

What they don't tell you, is that once time starts again, it moves extra fast to catch up.

The best thing I can suggest would be reading through this entire topic. I did it and I learned so much about the different types of relationships. I would also suggest checking out some of the books listed on the first page of this topic under the "Recommended Reading List".

Do any of you have fantasies that you won't even share with your partner? Is that a common thing?

I find I have a few that I like to keep to myself, mostly because I'm horrified of any sort of rejection, and because my husband tends to not take some things as seriously as I do..

Is that horrible of me, or do other people do it as well?

Um. It took me a bit to get to the point that I literally hide nothing but occasionally my significant other has to coax things out of me. I'm actually the one that started the "nothing is hidden" rule when I brought up my interest in polyamory and BDSM. Took him a bit to realize I was serious then everything became a lot more open. Toss in a few very embarrassing situations and perhaps a few squicky things and I don't think I could hide things intentionally anymore. I'm pretty sure I don't have a single hidden fantasy. I guess I'm a bit lucky to have someone who would be understanding of next to everything. Even though the idea of me with another male can make my significant others eye twitch he knows about my fantasies involving multiple male partners and similar fantasies.

I don't think it's too unusual for people to have some hidden fantasies. I think it's unusual to have them for your whole life though... but I could easily be wrong about that. I don't know much about relationship where anything is hidden since my current partner has been my only partner - romantically and sexually. I'm pretty sure it's not a horrible thing to have some things hidden but I'm not sure if it's healthy if you are dwelling on it.

And I've rambled too much. ninja

O.O I don't know if he's ready for that...I think he would flee. He's also extremely uncomfortable with anything gender-bending, let alone homosexual (except females with females).

All the time.

I'm scared to say I like to watch "adult entertainment"... and to mention what sort I like to watch... it seems so simple, but it's kind of personal.
I'm new in this thread, so hello, everyone. =)

I was suggesting that you read through the entire topic, then take what knowledge you've gained and use it to explain things to your boyfriend. I have no clue where you got the "gender-bending" and such from as I never said anything about that.
