Nervous Habits Anyone?

If I'm sitting I have to keep putting my hands to my face. And I have to keep moving. If I'm standing, I fold my arms and I have my left hand touching my face and lip. It's weird...

I cross my arms sometimes. I pick at my nails... I know, im weird X3. Im not sure if its just when im nervous or just a habit... Im nervous 24/7... My friend says i have a social disorder XD.

i tend to bite my fingernails, which is really disgusting. most of the time i either stutter or i shiver.
