...... if you kiss someone too hard as in too much suction you leave a mark. It kind of looks like a bruise except the edges aren't so blurry and indistinct and the color is more even..........

A bruise. I -believe- it's formed by someone or something pulling the blood in a particular area to the surface, creating a reddish mark. Like people will say they have a hickey on their neck caused by their significant other sucking on the skin until a bruise formed.

..I could be wrong though!
