That's exactly what I thought when I read that. Unfair to Other girls? If anyone find someone else body "unfair" to them, they probably have some sort of personal image problems and need to seek psychiatric help...
They could also simply just be jealous I suppose, but hopefully not in a state of serious jealousy for the same reason as above, just more of a "playful" jealousy.
Going off the rest of her post which has something to do with the actual "cost", being jealous that other people can afford things you can't is such a huge waste of time and energy and just extremely pointless, really. If you have enough time to be jealous of something like that, maybe you should pick up a second or third job so you can afford the procedures yourself.

So she basically deformed her body to the point of not being able to stop using corsets.

So some people really do find big breasted stick figures attractive, I guess someone has too otherwise people like that wouldn't exist I suppose. They remind me too much of badly draw girls in hentai and doujin, regularly sized figures but unrealistically huge breasts, I find people like that extremely unattractive. I don't understand why people waste thousands of dollars getting huge breast that are extremely disproportionate to the rest of their bodies.
