Depends...how minor is minor and what's the age difference?
A 12 year old dating a 13 year old: Eh not too bad. A 12 year dating a 15-18 year old: Getting creepy and potential for jail near the end of the spectrum. A 12 year old dating a 18+ year old: Not only very creepy, but illegal. |

Alaois Leprechaun_Sean Is it? Or is it just suspicious? As you were, I was HOW TO DATE A MINOR 1. It is not a good idea to date a minor. 2. Even if you say you are not going to have sex, you may end up doing it anyway. 3. Minors are immature and that is why they are not legal adults. Once you have had sex with them, they can report it and you are in big trouble. 4. Parents cannot give consent for their minor child to have sex with an adult. 5. It does not matter if the minor "seduced" you, or if you thought he/she seduced you. 6. For your own safety, and to avoid corrupting a CHILD, please seek out relationships with other adults. In summary, do not date a minor. In other words, date adults. You can also wait for the minor child to grow up As I am, you will be EDIT: And they don't need evidence to arrest you. If her father suspects you of touching her butt, he can have you arrested and keep you in the legal system for weeks. Shitty system? You know it. |
