Hmm, well I was at a health conference last year (Peak Potentials' Extreme Health, March 6-10 2008, in LA), and there were 24 guest speakers talking about a variety of health-related areas and issues. Those related to nutrition all said that it is best to poo for each large meal you have (so three times a day if you have three meals), that it is healthiest to clean out your system in this way. Our bodies have several ways of cleaning out itself, but if one gets blocked then the waste builds up elsewhere. Stages of waste disposal in the body include: liver, lungs, skin, sweat glands, etc. Hmm, I'd have to find my notes on this to actually quote people - this is just what I remember.

Wait! is there a way to poop less? make better poops so there isn't anything left in the cavity? I want to know! I hate pooping and being gay I'd rather not let my poop be a natural lubricant...
i'm not sure. maybe just eat less?
no matter what you will always have poop in your body. even right after you poop. even if you don't eat for weeks. because we eat so much unhealthy, fatty, chemical s**t and it gets all gunked up in our intestines.

I can hold it for a long time. Usually I poop every 2-3 days on average. I was once on a camping trip and restrained myself from crapping for almost 7 days (I really didn't want to poop on anything but a toilet).

If you want it to come out easier, all you need to do is eat a lot of bacon. Greesy bacon.

It depends on WHAT healthy stuff you eat.

Lots of fiber = lots of poop.

Hmm maybe it could depend on how much water the stuff you eat contains - if you eat a bunch of vegetables the poop could be smaller because you peed out the water from the vegetable. Also the smaller poop and less regular poop are different things - like you can umm have huge poop once in a two days or smaller once a day...
I agree that what you eat is what you... I think it depends more on the amount of the food eaten. The body doesnt use THAT much of the food i think to make such a big difference that you noticed that its smaller (even if it is always regular so you have an idea how big it should be...).
I cant believe some scientists didnt measure this stuff with humans. Hm. I suppose they have but its not that easy to find online (and i didnt search for info rolleyes ).

Healthier is better. Your colon absorbs the healthy stuff quicker, whereas if you eat unhealthily, it takes the colon [intestines] more time to absorb the unnatural chemicals, therefore it sits in your colon longer. Colon cancer is the most common cancer around because nobody eats healthily enough.

well fiber is in alot healthy foods and fiber makes you poop more but its good for your body smile

If you eat alot of fruit then you're going to poop alot because it's got fibre in it. Cherries are pretty intense for fibre because they make people poo like craaaazy. ;P
