yes, i am serious.

for the past few months i have been doing a lot of research on a healthy diet and all that stuff. well, i have found that one of the main indicators of a healthy person is regular bowel movements (makes sense). i have read from several different sources that a healthy person should poop every day, even better if they do it twice a day (usually once when you wake up, and then again towards the middle or end of the day). the poop should be easy to pass (meaning you are finished within a couple minutes of sitting on the toilet), and should be "plump" and "torpedo shaped."
a healthy diet would be made of a lot of fiber, which you would get from eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, minimal meat and when you do eat meat, it should usually be lean meat like fish or chicken, and minimal greasy/sugary foods. americans get too much fat and protein in their diets and this can be fixed by keeping the consumption of animal protein to a minimum (it is healthier to get only some from animals, the rest from other foods).

according to what i've read, a person who eats like this should poop every day, and when they poop it should be a large bowel movement.

BUT, i was reading about the "raw" diet for dogs, which is where instead of feeding your dog processed dog food, you feed them raw meat, which is what they were designed to eat. it makes them overall more healthy, and i won't expand on this much more since it is not the point of my thread but only helping to prove the point, but if you feed the dog raw meat it uses more of the nutrients in its food, therefore producing lest waste. which means smaller, less smelly and less often pooping from your dog, which obviously would make anyone happier.

well, i'm assuming that our bodies are meant to use as much nutrients as possible from our food, just as a dog's body would. that's... obvious. so, if we are eating the highest possible nutrition diet as we can, shouldn't we create less waste, because shouldn't our bodies actuall USE more of the food we eat rather than discarding it?

i don't see this being a very popular topic since most people don't really give a s**t (lol) about what they eat or how much they poop. but you'd be surprised what you do to your body by not eating right!

EDIT: MY QUESTION FOR YOU IS: How often do you poop?
I only go every few days... which is really bad but i'm not sure why i'm like that! I have been eating healthier and eating more fiber for the past few months and i have seen a little bit of a change but it didn't really continue to be like that.
i also work at jamba juice and i have taken the "fiber boost" a lot but idk if it really does anything. i stopped taking it because i'd rather get fiber from my food. i also took wheat grass shots but i stopped because i think it made me feel sick once lol.

Healthier people poop more. They poop tiny small poops more often, like rabbit turds, people that eat fish and vegetables have healthier crap and it comes out quicker... Unhealthy people poop more too... just smellier larger piles or if not they suffer constipation instead. Eating right resolves stress issues which cause weight gain and stress problems that put on weight.

actually... it's unhealthy to poop "rabbit turds." according to every site i've read about this stuff, healthy people are supposed to poop large poops. haha.
but yeah, i get constipation a lot which gives me "rabbit turds," which aren't healthy.

no matter what you will always have poop in your body. even right after you poop. even if you don't eat for weeks. because we eat so much unhealthy, fatty, chemical s**t and it gets all gunked up in our intestines.

well yeah if you really want to know, that's the best thing for you. also mostly whole grains, veggies, and fruit, and when you eat meat it should be lean like fish or chicken! if you can't eat organic it's okay to just get normal veggies and stuff like from the grocery store or whatever, but like even raw chicken you buy at the store has extra sodium injected in it.
honestly i really hate whoever created the first chemical filled food. gonk

do you mean, if you eat healthy it's different every time you go?
or just that if you start eating healthy your poop will change?
because obviously, if you change your diet your poop will change.
     
I don't think it matters how you eat, you should poop daily.
