life is a gift and you shouldnt just throw it away. suicide is permanent. dont worry every thing may seem unbearable now, but things will get better. try doing things you enjoy. try to be as social as possible even if it means talking on MSN to your friends. when im feeling depressed, a walk in warm weather and some music helps and dont forget laughter thats the best medicne it will cheer you up

This is what my Chief always tells me when I'm pissy or depressed (mind you he's been to Iraq and has a different view on things)

1. Are you being shot at?

2. Are you suffering from any life threatening diseases/cancer?

If the answer to both of those questions is NO..then take a deep breath (in and out) woosah and then GET OVER IT.

This too shall pass.

Move on with your life and stop being so damned mopey it doesn't get you anywhere in life.

Whoever the f**k posted an entire song needs to be shot.

Write, journal, sing, dance, find a hobby, go to the mall (wait.... that ones expensvie- thats what i did, lolz), join a club, join the band, girl scouts, volunteer work will help as well, get involved in a church (church nursery is fun too!), youth group, summer camps, a job might work too- oh, then u can buy something when u feel crappy cos there will be money to do that. make stuff.
DO SOMETHING- anything. it will help immensely.

***** I dont know if you believe in God- but somehow; i feel i should post these lyrics. This is a VERY touching song that has helped me in so many ways. When i feel bad- listening to music helps me alot. This is one band that truly knows how to lift spirits!
