I believe in Shikieiki after death.

If you take Disgaea as seriously as orthodox Christians take the Bible, put the above pic and this sentence on your sig.
Drink from me and live forever...

I am agnostic...then again I am not a teenager.

If you're wondering why they're like that, it's because teenagers are dumb and rebellious...they think by just saying none of it exisits they're sticking it to something bigger.

Why is it that you belive in Death with no afterlife so strongly.

This has nothing to do with Atheism.

i don't believe in any sort of god or higher power. to me, we're just here because we are, no explanation needed. mostly because i don't really care.

and i'm guessing most teenagers are nonreligious because they see how ridiculous religion is?

"How, my love? How will I find the strength to face the ages of the world without you by my side..."
Not too sure why it's popular. But I know I used to think it.

I didn't have a religion because I saw no point. I thought "We die. That's it. It's an endless black void like when you fall asleep."

I think differently now. It's a maturity thing, for the most part. And by that, I mean it's something you think long and hard about. With atheism, it's quick and easy. You don't believe in anything. Do you want to continue to think this way? Or do you want to try and believe in something during your lifetime?

My English teacher is atheist. But he can have a debate since he's done his fair share of research to support his beliefs.

Listen, it's not that we dont have a religion (even though I'm atheist mself, but I have my reasons for that) it's the fact that it's too much trouble going o church, praying - it wastes time. And besides, why should we torture our minds with thoughts of som unkown aftherlife - we live here and now. Also it's uncool to go to church (atleast it seems that way to me even though I havent been in a lot myself.).

I believe in "internal locus of control" because of this, most religions just won't work for me. I also have a rather strange view on people and life, this makes picking one of the big religions rather pointless since they don't function or believe as I do.

This however doesn't mean that I don't believe in anything. I just wish to follow my own way instead of any of the religions I know of.

Thats why I'm learning muslim.

This is meh^

i just believe when you die you rot. i dont think anything else happens. i believe in what has been proven. ive tried the whole blind faith thing but it doesnt work for me.

I don't believe in god because the concept makes no SENSE. There are no arguments that I have found in all my studies of philosophy and science to validate even the slightest margin of error for a god's existence.

Oh, and so long, and thanks for all the fish
Since when was atheism popular?
I'm one of the only atheists at my school. Of one thousand.
So I'm sorry, but I'm not agnostic, and I'm not theistic.

In fact, I border on being anti-theistic sometimes.

[false statistic]% of teens [unsupported assertion]. If you're one of the [false statistic]% who [non-conform to previous assertion], put this in your sig.

Something Very Unoriginal
Neither one of those is a religion.
That depends on how you define religion. Atheism in the broadest sense, it is the absence of belief in the existence of deities. Yet that doesn't mean it's not a religion, Buddhism is an Atheistic Religion.
Atheism is not the same as non-religious, though Atheist often are non-religious.

Teens just think they're the s**t and want to be against the norm. Atheism tends to piss people off, so they think it's fun to do something rebelious.

Crazy kids.
