do you know the suicide rate for transgender's if so please post it because its a pretty high rate. Transgender people have hard times dealing with being what they aren't supposed to be. im not going to get into specfics about whats happened in my life but i know the damages

Honestly, people make too much of a big deal over sex changes. The way I see it, it's just another form of cosmetic surgery. If altering your genitalia and chemical balance will make you feel better about yourself, than by all means- Go for it.

I'm perfectly fine with transgendered people. Their choice isn't affecting me any and it must be really hard being one sex when you feel so wrong as it, so I understand completely why they would go through the surgery and everything.
