I'll say that I'm not fond of homosexuality. It really does creep me out, really lesbians do. The idea of being with another way makes no sense to me.

I'm not against homosexuality, I just really don't think it's natural.

so if I told you that a number of animal species also have homosexual tendencies, will you still think it's unnatural? seriously it's been around since before we came out of the trees.

Yes, actually I would.

In middle school we used to say this:

2 clicks don't stick but the d**k'll do the trick

@ Cohcho the Empress: Some hospitals won't let a partner in? Wow, I've never heard of that.

Yes, most hospitals don't let partners into critical care units because only "legal family" are allowed, and they don't see a partner as a spouse they see them as "friend". Even if you have papers saying otherwise.

The original post brought tears to my eyes.
I can't understand homophobia.
I don't understand intolerance,
unacceptance,
hate.
As a bisexual girl whose first and only relationship so far
was with another girl,
I've often been called a lesbian.
Not that I mind,
it's just...
not quite right.
And besides,
every homophobic slur
only spurs me on
to wear more rainbows
support more friends
flirt with more girls.
So "hah" to them all.

How do you know you're bi if your only relationship is with a girl?
"I am the person who is afraid of telling his loving Christian parents he loves another male."

this is 100% me... but in females form. My parents are wonderful people they really are. But to be honest both my dads would accept me the way I am. MY real dad and my Step dad both have gay family. My mom however. oh jeez. Wehn we are around homosexual family she's always telling me and my dad how shes going to thorw up if she shes gay kissing and how she wants to throw blessed oil on them. I remember one time i was watching "parental control" on mtv and it was a gay boy's parents trying to find him another guy and my mom was like wtf instead of trying to go get him help for this "horrible disease" you encourage him? I felt like crying because thats when i finally relized my mother could never know. I am bisexual. I can't help it. trust me i've tried to not like girls and just guys and it didnt work mkay?I can't help it and now i've accepted who I am and now all I wish is that my mom would too.

Who's to say I identify myself as straight?
You know, I honestly thought people were just going to s**t on this thread and leave.

I'm pleasantly surprised.

That does seem very middle school. However, I should hope by now you're out of middle school? Perhaps it's time to base one's opinion on something other than a childish put-down rhyme.

"Natural" means, more or less, "exists in nature" - regardless of your middle school poetry efforts, homosexuality does exist in nature, thus making it natural even if it does "creep you out."

Watching straight people make out creeps me out, personally.

I'll say that I'm not fond of homosexuality. It really does creep me out, really lesbians do. The idea of being with another woman makes no sense to me. I don't see what pleasure you get out of having sex with another woman or even cuddling with one.

The idea of being with a man makes no sense to me. I don't see what pleasure you get out of having sex with a man or even cuddling with one.

See? I don't think heterosexuality is unnatrual. I just don't understand why a woman would want to be with man, because I have never wanted to. I understand that many women DO want to be with men, and I respect them. I do not feel creeped out by it, simply because I don't agree with it. I just don't want my friends to ask me which guys I think are hot.

I don't care if someone doesn't like homosexuality. That's their opinion, and I'll accept that, even though I don't agree with it. We will never win their tolerance if we ourselves are intolerant. The only way to ever come together as a country is to accept not only who each other are, but our different opinions.

Now, you see, if they want to take someone's rights away for what they think, that's when I draw my line of tolerance for them. Just because you don't homosexuality, doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to marry. It doesn't mean employers should be allowed to be expel them from their career because of who they like.

"I am the girl kicked out of her home because I confided in my mother that I am a lesbian."

I'm not a lesbian, but I'm bisexual, which is just as bad to my own parents.
It will probably be me in a short amount of time.
