I find it funny when girls start threads on their bleeding cooches.

I mean, don't you just hate it when the blood dries up and your pubes become all stuck together? Man, then I have to take a pair of scissors to it and be careful I don't cut off my c**t or something.

I was fourteen, nearly fifteen maybe? Waiting to go into the orthodontist. Went to the bathroom and there it was. I got cramps, and my braces fitted. Double whammy. Not nice.

Then I didn't get another for like... four months. And I wasn't expecting it. And I was on some adventure holiday. And I stupidly didn't take anyything with me. Stupid. And the people there said they couldn't help me out 'til that evening, and get me anything. And none of my friends had anything. So I had to use socks until someone got something to me.
And I couldn't go swimming, which pissed me off.

Thankfully after that they became regular. And I started using tampons.

weekend before easter. cant remember what year D: think 3 years ago maybe.
it was 2 days before i was going on holiday with my best friend
and all she talked about was swimming.
it broke my heart to tell her i wasnt gettin my a** near any of that water s**t cus my period started :3

i was lucky i started on my summer holidays lol... but i had a bit of a crisis on the way back from my school trip to belguim... i started my period on the last day and i didnt think i was gonna get it so i didnt take any pads or tampons or anything and so i paniced and shoved tissue in my pants and every rest stop we took (thankfully we took quite a few) i rushed to the loos to change the tissue... but a few months later i was talking about it to a friend and she goes 'i had some spare pads with me you could have used' sweatdrop

Orhtough I didn't have any pads with me so I used toilet paper.....

Well we were watching Happy Feet and I was wearing a white skirt (Thank god it was last period). Then, my mom picked me up and we went to Burger King. I went to the bathroom and saw reddish-brownish stains on my underwear. I put toilet paper on my underwear because I wasn't sure what it was but I just put it to be safe. When we got home, I took a shower and the blood got redder and redder. I told my mom and she said I got my period. Funny thing is, I got my first period on my mom's birthday so I always remember the day I got my period. April 5th!

I was 12 and I woke up in loads of blood freaked out, allmost retched ran to the bathroom and cried due to the pain! I told my mum and she went out shopping to I sat down curled up in a blanket, and my Mum and dad came home and she gave me a magazine, some painkillers, cofffee and a Croissant I burst into tears!

I was about 11 maybe?

I came back form school(sometime in the evening), went to the toilet and realised there were reddish-brownish smears in my underwear and freaked out. But my mum wasn't home yet so I hid the bloody underwear and put on a new pair(without any paper or anything). When she came home(thankfully not long later), I told her to come into the toilet with me and I uhh... showed her the bloody underwear and she jsut told me how to use a pad and pantiliner.

I though periods were no big deal but the next day I was shocked to realise how much I'd bleed and the mess and how gross it was and all. Oh, and the cramps didn't arrive till like a few periods later. And thing was I had no idea they were cramps till I found out the pains only came everytime I was on my period. XD

I started my period when I was 12, and back then most kids that age were still concerned with playing and the like. I'd just gotten home from hanging out with some family friends, and felt something wet. I rushed to the bathroom thinking I was about to pee myself, then I noticed a reddish brown spot in my underwear. I flung open the bathroom door and was all "MOOOOM!"

My first one started in seventh grade! Ugh.

The family was at the beach, and I felt wet still even though I had been out of the water for an hour or so. So I went to the restroom and well....you know.

So I sit on a paper bag all the way home. When I got out of the car and turned to walk towards the stairs, WHAM. My dad had kicked me there. Why, I still don't know. He was so mean about my period starting.

I really don't have a story. I was at home doing dishes, went to the bathroom, and then "oh. would you look at that" got a pad and finished the dishes. I didn't freak out at all. After all, my mother had constantly been talking about "you should be getting your period soon" for the past 2 years. stare So, yeah. It was just an "oh. okay" thing for me.

I was 12, I knew what a period was...And yet, I still hid the fact that I started for three days before telling my mum. Those three days were living hell because I wasn't sure what I was suposed to use to keep it off my undies, I stuffed toilet paper down there day and night for those three days. Then when she finally found out, she was all like, "Whyed you hide it?" "Its nothing to be ashamed of!"
I knew this, It was just kinda odd... *shrugs*
