Well, I know for a fact, that some people have the genetics that cause their body to be bigger rather than the "normal" skinny. I know, it sounds like complete crap but it's true!
These people eat normally, meaning around 2000 calories a day, and get normal excersise, about an hour or more a day, and still remain fat. It's absolutely natural and because this is what they're genetics force them to be they're body can take it. A person with a typical "skinny" genetic history who's fat most likely isn't living a healthy life style. Eating unhealthy food in large amounts and excersising less than thirty minutes a day.
I have the genetics for big hips, and being short, therefore I am. Since I have big hips most my fat goes to my butt and thighs, most women gain fat in these areas. I'm not fat, but I'm not skinny, and I'm proud to be "chubby". I don't care who says I should lose weight or gain it, I'm proud to be what I am, and I'll regulate my weight to where I want when I want and how I want~
Keep you diets away from me!
