I'm addicting to singing in Art class.
I also radomly scream lyrics in the halls.

I don't see anything as an addiction unless you have withdrawals when you try to stop.

Withdrawals are NOT:
-Missing it.
-Almost doing it.
-Being irritated that you can't do it.
-Being sad that you can't do it.

Withdrawals are:
-Headaches.
-Nausea.
-Feeling like you're going to get sick/die if you don't have it.

As for random shouting, I think it's rarely funny. Occasionally somebody will say something funny, but usually it's kids trying to be funny by being "random".

If it's like an accidental shouting (Woah, almost typed shooting.) it's fine, I accidentally yell things all the time, and they usually are somewhat random to the people around me.

I just hate the kids who try to be cute by yelling things like "RAINBOW GLOW WORM PANTS!" and "HOT SEX WITH A POOL NOODLE!"
