First time I got to him, I fought M. Bison 78 times in a row on Street Fighter II before I won because the fact that he kept winning was pissing me off.
If I fail at something, I tend to take it as a personal challenge and will generally continue trying until I succeed, which sometimes means I end up doing things for absurd lengths of time, like in the example above.
You should beat him 78 more times so you can say you beat him more than he beat you :p
The notion did occur to me.
I'm bad at fighter games. I can never seem to learn how to use all the combos correctly.
Ironically, I'm generally mediocre at fighting games.
Haha, I never had anyone be persistent with me actually~ I wonder if it's because I'm too easy-going?
Anyways, I've been in the situation where I was the persistent one. It's lead to a lot of fun scenarios.
Otherwise, sometimes I was annoying about it---'cause I had a tendency of pestering people to talk to me.
That's pretty much my experience with it~
