Do you go to (christian) church on Sunday?

All the shops seem to have to close early on a Sunday or not open at all.
WTF?
Hardy anybody I know goes to church, so whats the point?
Religion seems to be decreasing, so why should the shops close for God's "Day of Rest", when half the world believes in Evolution?
It makes no sense to me.
Personally, I think shops should stay open for those who don't wanna "Rest", and those that do want Sunday as a "Day of Rest" can not bother visiting the shops.

Do you go to Church on Sunday?
Should the shops have to bother closing early or whatever?

My opinion is that if god wanted us to rest on Sunday,
we wouldn't have to get up early for church.

i used to be catholic so my mom made me go a lot. always the most boring thing i would do that week. back home a lot of stores aren't open on sunday, or don't open before noon. its really annoying.

Went to a Christian church once, and thought it was too dramatic and cheesy. I thought about going to an Unitarian Universalist church, but I'm too lazy.

oh i used to go to church every weds (i couldn't get up early enough on sundays XD). but well, my personality and beliefs change (as well as my clothes).

i first started going there at the age of 13 and i left by the time i was uhm... hmm 15/16. they litterally drove me out with curelity because of the simple fact of i believe in ghosts and i am a goth.

it wasn't the preachers themselves it was the close-minded assholes (the people who went there) that litterally drove me out.

i have yet to go to a church full time....

(though it hasn't been the lack of my christians friend trying)

but i'm a proud agnostic and i've been this way since i was about 14. so why change my belief system when it works for me?
